Our
Activities
- Budgetary modifications are made to the General Budget of Income and Expenses of the Universidad Industrial de Santander approved in each term. (Addition, Reduction, and Budget Transfers).
- Constitution and Release of the Budget Reserves requested by the different Administrative Academic Units or Projects.
- Certification of Budget Availability (CDPs) requested by the different administrative and academic units or Projects.
- Decertify the balances of the Budget Availabilities (CDP’s) requested by the different administrative academic units or Projects.
- Transfer of Funds for internal acquisition of Goods and Services and Voluntary Contributions requested by the different administrative academic units or Projects.
- Creation, Management, and Cancellation of the Minor Funds at the request of the different administrative academic units.
- Creation, Management, and Cancellation of the Fixed Revolving Fund of the different administrative academic units.
- Review of the accounts that generate the payments of the budgetary commitments and other concepts that generate expenses of the Administrative Academic Units or Projects.
- Creation and assignment of new codes to attend the different projects generated by the Administrative Academic Units.
- Attention to requests for closures and change of validity of the different Administrative Academic Units or Projects.
- Assignment of change of authorizing officer of expenditure at the request of the Recruitment Division.
- Review of the Execution of Bonus Reports according to Superior Council Agreement No. 067 of 2008.
