Stadium
Primero de Marzo
The Primero de Marzo Stadium is composed of two sports venues: soccer field and athletics track, in addition to having substitute benches and dressing room area. It is located east of the university campus.
The soccer field constitutes a stage that is mainly used for the finals of sporting events, training, external tournaments, intramural sports activities, training of professional football teams and training of university sports teams.
The athletic track has regulatory measures, that is, it has an area of 400 meters, has two parallel straights and two curves with equal radii, additionally, it has an obstacle pit and a jumping area. This scenario is used for context classes of athletics, competitions, sports training of the UIS selections, in addition to use for the community in general.

LaBORATORy
Physical Effort
The objective of the physical exertion laboratory is to contribute, from scientific research and technological aids, to solve timely difficulties of physical culture and sport.
Its equipment is intended to examine cardiovascular, cardiorespiratory and musculoskeletal movements and abilities of athletes and students of the institution and in turn give an optimal response to injuries typical of sports practice.Treadmill with Software for stress testing.
Exercise bike for ergometry tests (strength and Vo2max).
Exercise bike for ergometry tests (upper train stress tests).
Fitmate-pro equipment for cardiopulmonary evaluation, oxygen consumption (Vo2max) and measurements of aerobic and anaerobic thresholds.
Platform (ergojump).
Lactate and glucose meter (Acuttrend Sport).
Heart rate monitors with functions for PC (Polar).
Digital blood pressure monitor (Omron).
Scale

It is a multifunctional space located northeast of the sports area of the University Campus.
It is made up of multiple sports venues that are available for the recreation of the university community, internal tournaments and for external tournaments by means of rent.

UIS SOFTBALL
Diamond
It constitutes a multifunctional diamond-shaped space that is located southeast of the university campus; it features rugby axes and softball dugouts. It currently functions as a stage for the development of teaching and competition activities of the university sports teams of softball, rugby and ultímate.

Coliseum
The UIS Coliseum is located southeast of the university campus; is a space that has a multifunctional court that is mainly used for the development of tournaments, internal and external competitions of futsal, volleyball and basketball with electronic boards. It also works for the development of subjects of context and recreational use of the university community; It has side stands, dressing rooms with bathrooms for athletes and teachers, warehouses to store and preserve sports equipment, offices of teachers and coaches, secretary office and on the second floor are located mixed martial arts rooms (Taekwondo, Karate-Do, Judo), gymnastics room, spinning room and effort laboratory.

Physiotherapy
The sports physiotherapy service is a space for care and prevention that is provided only to athletes belonging to the UIS Sports Teams.
Intervention:
- Treatment of sports injuries, functional readaptation and safe return to the practice of sport.
- Therapeutic assistance before, during and after the ASCUN Sports competitions.
Prevention
- Injury prevention program: educational or pedagogical phase, evaluation phase, analysis phase, group and individual intervention phase and control phase.
- Secondary prevention program. This program is given for people who have suffered severe injuries and in some cases have led to surgical treatment.
- Healthy back program for athletes.
- Detection of biomechanical deficiencies.

Room
It is a space made up of 30 exercise bikes. The stage is available for the university community that attends the physical and sports culture program and for the UIS Sports Selections.

Multiple
room
The multiple room is also a hybrid room that constitutes a multifunctional stage which is used for lectures and academic activities (chess, meeting of teachers and coaches). The classroom is adequate with the necessary equipment for the development of activities in hybrid mode; It has a TV, computer and projector connected to each other for the achievement of effective communication between virtual and face-to-face scenarios.

Soccer Fields
Sand field available for eleven football matches, which has stands, substitute benches and lighting towers. It is open to loan from the university community free of charge; for externals it is necessary to manage the rental of the stage in the secretariat of the Department of Sports.

The tennis courts are located southeast of the university campus, they constitute a space with a central division that forms two tennis courts with regulatory measures, each with its respective mesh, also has a grandstand. Currently the tennis courts function as a stage for the practice of selection and context of field tennis; it is also used as a recreational setting for the university community and is available for rent.

Skatepark
The UIS skatepark is part of the works of the university campus inaugurated in 2022, it is a space for the university community that has an area of 950 square meters consisting of eight obstacles within which are structures “FunBox”, “EuroGroup” and free zones for the development of alternative sports such as skateboarding, Rolling skating and BMX cycling, among others. The UIS skatepark is a space that seeks to diversify, motivate and enhance the development of other sports practices in the university community.
