The Tiempo Cero research group is mainly made up of professors from the School of Philosophy, and develops its work within the institutional policies (UIS) of research and extension and is a group endorsed by the VIE-UIS and registered in Minciencias. Currently, it is classified in B according to the call of 2021, of Minciencias for research groups.
The Tiempo Cero Research Group has been characterized by consolidating interdisciplinary research interests, especially among philosophy, technology studies, linguistics, pedagogy and aesthetics.

Research – Projects
- Socio-digital regulations of violent speeches on Twitter during the COVID-19 pandemic.
- Religion and techno-digital spheres. Critique of the technological presuppositions of digital religion studies, their challenges and possibilities for the constitution of the digital religious subject, from Simondon and Feenberg.
- Responses to personal moral dilemmas involving strangers and group members in the Kogi worldview.
