The Theoretical Biochemistry Group (GBQT) is a research group whose purpose is to contribute to the generation of basic knowledge of chemical phenomena of biological interest and to support the scientific training of undergraduate and graduate students in Chemistry at the Industrial University of Santander. One of the challenges of the group is to contribute to the training of professionals who use knowledge as the main input for decision making and thus contribute to the consolidation of our society. The group’s mission is oriented by the principles of critical thinking, interaction with research groups at institutional, local, national and international levels, and the publication of results in international scientific journals
