The Advanced and Large-Scale Computing Research Group (CAGE), which supports the Supercomputing and Scientific Computing Center of the Universidad Industrial de Santander (UIS), aims to strengthen the research, development and innovation capabilities in high performance computing and scientific computing of the University. CAGE also seeks to lead the country’s R&D&I activities in its main area of action, establishing links with private enterprise and the government, in accordance with both scientific and productive needs and perspectives. Finally, it aims to contribute and participate in the development of international projects that involve the use of supercomputing, high-performance computing, scalable architectures and scientific computing.
