Through research projects in various economic and industrial sectors, with a particular emphasis on research explorations of corporate practices in the region, Finance & Management (F&M) seeks to contribute to the development of applied knowledge in the areas of Entrepreneurship, Financial Markets, Organizational Management, and Educational Project Management in Latin America.
The group is made up of professors with high postdoctoral training and researchers from both the Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering and the Master’s Degree in Business Engineering. In addition, it has the participation of undergraduates, who compose its hotbed of research.

F&M has the UIS seal of quality. For this reason, its research has obtained national and international recognition. Likewise, its researchers are trained in massive data management software and are experts in their areas of knowledge. They also have the required language skills to conduct international research projects.
