Our
Mission
The group aims to promote and increase scientific knowledge in the field of design as support for the region, driving regional and national development through programs and projects in the areas of human factors, materials, spatial intelligence, management, and technological innovation, among others. Likewise, it seeks to promote and coordinate the participation of the Industrial Design school at UIS in solving community problems related to the industrial design field.

Vision
GEPS has the vision to position itself in the medium term in the research of new products oriented towards the social needs of the region, as well as to generate scientific knowledge regarding usability, materials, ergonomic quality, user experience design (UX), product management, and technological development.
