GIROD will generate solutions to social and business problems through the application of scientific advances in robotics and design.

It will promote the appropriation of knowledge within the partner schools, providing new tools that contribute to the search for problem solutions.

In the medium term, the research group will be recognized for its contributions in its areas of work, supporting the development of current master’s programs and the creation of new graduate programs and continuing education courses.

It will be a member of international organizations related to its topics of interest. In that sense, it will have external support from different academic institutions and research centers.

GIROD will also have adequate facilities, with offices and simulation laboratories, as well as equipment and accessories that enable the proper performance of its members and the conduct of associated projects.
