ABOUT THE

Program

The high seismic activity in Colombia, especially in the northeast of the country (where Santander is located), has motivated the implementation of this graduate program to address the areas of knowledge related to seismic design and the aspects that affect society when seismic phenomena occur.

The wide demand for highly trained specialists to design, build, and supervise earthquake-resistant structures in accordance with the earthquake-resistant design and construction standards makes the implementation of this program feasible.
