The purpose of the Corrosion Research Group is to conduct research and development on corrosion issues that are significant to the production sectors and the broader community. Additionally, the group aims to contribute to the education and training of students at the undergraduate, specialization, master’s, and doctoral levels in the area of corrosion, both within the various schools of the Universidad Industrial de Santander and at other universities in Colombia.
