The School, in response to the mission purposes of the University, has as a north the comprehensive training of professionals with a high ethical and political quality, whose guiding principles are the critical perspective and social responsibility. The School aims to create a supportive community of students, researchers and professionals who, from the perspective of the economy in both public and private sectors, contribute to the discussion and explanatory analysis of the socio-economic reality of the region, the country and the developing countries, and who contribute to the formulation of proposals, projects and policies that have a positive impact on the quality of life of the population.
