OBJECTIVES
• Give continuity to the initial training of educators, through the strengthening of pedagogical competences Train, evaluate and teach.
• Promote in teachers the pedagogical tools that allow the promotion and development of citizenship skills, global citizenship and socio-emotional development.
• Develop the skills needed for classroom research.
• Promote professional competences, research practice in the fields of curriculum design and pedagogical practice oriented to the development of competences.
• Promote in teachers the basic competences: mathematical, communicative, scientific, citizen.
• Promote the use and pedagogical appropriation of information technologies in order to promote the development of high intelligence in students.
• Promote innovative methodologies and collaborative forms of Teacher Professional Development -DPD- (networks, learning communities, among others).
• Encourage the participation of educators in their training process, encouraging reflection and systematization of their practice.

Our facilities consist of eight offices for teachers plant, a secretariat and the direction of School. Additionally, there are spaces for the development of the activities of the Athena Educational Research Group, the Paidea Seedbed and the Master's Degree in Pedagogy.
