The group of Historical Studies in Social Networks (ESHIRES) is projected as an academic leader in the study of Colombian history, applying the methodology of social networks and consolidating itself at the regional, national and international level in the following areas: history of elites, families and social power groups in the colonial and republican period; economic and fiscal history; Colombian and Latin American literature and history, and subaltern studies.
