The Movement, Harmony, and Life Research Group (MAV), composed of teachers from various disciplines and students from the School of Physiotherapy at the Universidad Industrial de Santander (UIS), is committed to studying Human Body Movement (MCH) from a holistic perspective. This perspective views MCH as an essential indicator of life and a fundamental element for health, further recognizing it as one of the most important dimensions of people’s quality of life. The group bases its mission on the human and ethical qualities of its members, who are dedicated to generating, deepening, validating, and disseminating knowledge about MCH from this holistic perspective. The ultimate goal is to propose activities, projects, and programs that promote the integral development of individuals and communities, both within and beyond UIS.
