The School of Systems Engineering and Informatics stands out in the academic field of northeastern Colombia because its research groups are ranked in the highest categories of Colciencias, in recognition of its contribution to the training of autonomous, innovative professionals committed to the development of the region and the country.

Our academic offerings include the undergraduate program in Computer Systems Engineering, which is supported by three consecutive high-quality certifications and is currently undergoing a renewal process to obtain a fourth accreditation. Likewise, our graduate programs -two master’s degree programs and one doctoral program- have been accredited for seven years.
