This mobile application allows you to perform the following functions within the information system of PQRDS (Petitions, Complaints, Claims, Reports, Suggestions and Acknowledgments) :
1. Regulations: It allows to know the regulations and the definition of terms that govern the system of Petitions, Complaints, Claims and Suggestions.
2. Register Request: It facilitates the registration of an application for any type of applicant, with the option of attaching a supporting file. If your cell phone has the messaging service, you will receive a text message and an e-mail with the application data.
3. Consult Request: It facilitates tracking the status of an application and the final evaluation of the process.
This application was developed for mobile devices with ANDROID operating system version 3.0 or higher.
