The Universidad Industrial de Santander Barbosa Campus is an administrative academic unit attached to the Instituto de Proyección Regional y Educación a Distancia IPRED, together with the Barrancabermeja, Málaga and Socorro campuses, which offers training programs in face-to-face education, distance and virtual education and extension courses.

Among the academic offerings are:

• Introductory level for engineering
  Pre-university cycle as a requirement for access to the following engineering programs: Civil, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Chemical and Systems. Duration, 1 academic semester
• Presential Undergraduate

– Engineering: Civil, Industrial, Mechanical, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Chemical and Systems; the first four semesters are held at the Barbosa Campus and the remaining 6 semesters at the Bucaramanga Campus (10 in total).

– Professional Academic Program in Agroindustrial Administration: It is carried out entirely at the UIS Barbosa Campus (10 academic semesters).

• Distance and virtual

In the distance education modality, we offer technical, technological and professional programs.

– Technical programs: Professional Technique in Agricultural Production.

– Technological programs: Agro-industrial Technology, Technology in Pharmacy Regency, Technology in Judicial Management and Criminalistics and Business Technology.

– Professional Programs: Business Management and Agroindustrial Administration.

The UIS Barbosa Campus offers the university community and citizens in general English courses for children, youth and adults.
