Manage the accounting information of the different administrative and  academic units of the University to prepare Financial Statements, reports and accounting reports:

• Annual Declaration of Income and Equity, to the DIAN.
• Annual Tax Information in Magnetic Media, DIAN.
• Bimonthly Report of VAT Refund Request, to the DIAN.
• Financial Statements classified with cut to December 31 and their respective notes to the Superior Council.
• Presentation of the report of the Bulletin of Defaulting Debtors with cut to May 31 and November 30  the General Accounting Office of the Nation. This report is submitted in the first ten (10) days of June and December of each year.
• Annual Accountability Report for the Office of the Comptroller General of the Department of Santander.
• Monthly report of Public Debt SEUD with destination to the Comptroller General of the Department of Santander.
• Quarterly and Annual Financial Information in the SNIES -National Higher Education Information System, for the Ministry of National Education.
• Economic and Social Financial Information for the General Accounting Office of the Nation on a quarterly and annual basis.
• Monthly Test Balance for the Rectory.
• Financial Report for SUPERSALUD – National Superintendence of Health,  on a quarterly, semi-annual and annual basis.

Support together with the Budget Section the process of reviewing supporting documents for the processing of payments derived from the different Administrative Academic Units of the University, and the application of tax and legal discounts in compliance with the requirements of the Law.
