Services and Activities
Perform monthly scheduling of selective tests.
Track annual inventory submission.
Generate label with the inventory numbers and perform the proper physical marking of the major and minor goods.
Perform physical verification of the selected elements by the officials.
Process requests for donations to schools or public entities that require it.
Process cancellations, transfers, erasures, additions and inclusions of elements.
Project the terms of conditions to carry out public auction of de-canceled goods.
Supervision of the General Insurance Contract and Personal Accidents of Students.
Processing claims with the insurance company.
Process requests for donations in kind or money made to the University.
Respond to requests for marking and remarking of elements.
Verify those responsible for the goods and make the requested transfers in the SIF.
Opening of administrative responsibilities to officials in the case of theft of elements.
