Our
Activities
The Office of the Rector’s Legal Advisor is in charge of the judicial and extrajudicial procedures of the University, as well as legal matters related to the administration of the institution. In compliance with its functions, the legal advisory service issues concepts, drafts administrative acts, examines files and, in general, provides all types of legal support required by the Rector’s Office, the Vice Rector’s Offices, and the UAA.
Our
Goal
To provide legal advice and representation to the University in a timely manner and in conformity with the regulations in force. Additionally, it also provides information and meets the requirements requested by internal and/or external entities.
Our
Scope
To provide legal advice to the University in judicial and extra-procedural processes, administrative and police proceedings, as well as in the review of requests of high legal connotation.
To conduct the necessary activities to carry out conciliation processes as well as to determine the causes of conflict in the processes that the University is or has been involved in.
