Paternity Tests
Filiation tests (paternity or maternity) are carried out by analyzing the genetic material (DNA test) of each of the members of a family group; analyzing internationally validated STR genetic markers, with which it is possible to obtain a probability of paternity greater than 99.99%, as required by paternity law 721.
In cases where there is the family trio mother, son, presumed father, the typing of autosomal STR markers is sufficient to achieve this probability. However, in complex cases when the alleged father is not available, his genetic profile must be reconstructed from his parents or recognized children.

The individual genetic profile can be performed at any age, to be shared with relatives, allowing genetic identification in an objective and unequivocal way.
