The Unique Counter (Ventanilla unica) is the unit of the Universidad Industrial de Santander that performs the public functions of reception, filing, distribution and follow-up of official communications received and dispatched both physically and electronically.

For the reception of physical official communications sent to the Universidad Industrial de Santander by external institutions or individuals, it is necessary to go in-person to the following address and office hours:
