The General Objective of the Computed Tomography Research Group for Site Characterization (GIT) is the development and application of emerging technologies such as computed tomography, digital rock physics, nuclear magnetic resonance imaging, nanotechnology, biotechnology, big data, and artificial intelligence focused on finding options that support the decision-making process for solving real industry problems and making the technological development processes associated with Sustainable Energy Resources and Geosciences more efficient.
