WHAT ARE

They?

.

The auxiliaries correspond to support tasks that can be performed by undergraduate students, of any modality and postgraduate students of medical-surgical specialties, master’s or doctorate research; in the academic and administrative units and may be carried out ad honorem or with economic recognition.

AVERAGE FOR

Attendances

.

Administrative and extension assistant: equal to or greater than 3.2

Research Assistant: Equal to or greater than 3.5

Teaching assistant: equal to or greater than 3.5 and a minimum grade of 3.5 in the subject to which you aspire to be an assistant.

UNDERGADUATE

Students

.

  • For research, extension and administrative assistant, have completed and approved the first level of the career they are studying. For teaching assistants have completed and passed the first five levels of the career they are studying.
  • Not have another auxiliary assigned with economic recognition; Students who have ad honoren assistantships are excluded from this restriction.
  • For auxiliaries that have a value greater than or equal to a legal monthly minimum wage in force per semester, the aspiring student may not have any other benefit of those contemplated in the socioeconomic support programs.
  • For auxiliaries with recognition less than or equal to a minimum monthly wage in force per semester, you may have up to a benefit of those contemplated in the socioeconomic support programs offered by the University Welfare Division.
  • Not have been disciplined by the University.

SPECIAL

Attendancies

.

  • Be a first-level undergraduate student.
  • Be at socioeconomic risk evidenced in the characterization process carried out by the Academic Vice-Rectory within the Support System for Academic Excellence (SEA).

GRADUATE

Students

.

  • Have a weighted average in the undergraduate career equal to or greater than 3.5 in the case of first-level students.
  • For students of higher levels, have a weighted average in the graduate program they are studying, equal to or greater than 3.5.
  • Not have any other support for support from the funds of the University (forgivable credits or support support) or other public or private organizations.
  • Not have been disciplined by the university.

  • Annotation in the student’s resume when he has obtained a meritorious evaluation in his capacity as an assistant, carried out by the Professor, Director or Head of the Academic or Administrative Unit.

Stimuli

.

  • When the stimulus is charged to the Common Fund, it will be equal to one SMLMV per semester.
  • When the stimulus is recognized against the financial returns of the Endowment Fund, this may be up to 1 SMLMV.
  • When the stimulus is recognized from a special fund (6) or external (3), or from the common fund, but only for institutional projects of the Rectory and the Vice-Rectories, the value of the stimulus will correspond to the value of the hour to an SMLMV divided into 120 hours.
  • In the case of special auxiliaries, the value will be recognized against the financial income of the patrimonial fund.

Evaluation

  • The performance of each student as a teaching, research, extension, administrative or special assistant will be evaluated by the professor or head of the academic or administrative unit in each academic period once the auxiliary ends. In the case of auxiliaries charged to the common fund, the evaluation will be carried out two weeks before the end of the academic period.
  • The student who has obtained a deficient evaluation in the auxiliary, will not have the right to participate again in the incentive of auxiliary for the following academic period.
