The goal is to establish a solid research group in the field of morphology, focused on studying anatomical variations across various human body systems in the Colombian mestizo population. This group will contribute to the development of the Master’s program in Basic Medical Sciences offered by the Universidad Industrial de Santander. The group’s research findings will be published in internationally recognized journals, and it will enhance the teaching and learning of morphology, particularly in the area of anatomical variation.
