Our
Mission
The mission of the Biodiversity Study Group is to evaluate local and regional diversity for some of the components of biota from the perspective of biogeography, phylogeny, ecology, evolution, reproduction and developmental biology. At the same time, it also has the mission of training suitable professionals to develop research in this area.
Our
Vision
The vision in the medium and long term is to become a high level research group, to be recognized for its products at a national and international level, to generate solid knowledge about environmental events that, from the biological, geographical, historical and climatic perspectives, interact and define our biodiversity and to increase scientific culture on this topic at a local and global level.
