Mission
To train people with high ethical, technical and professional quality, focused on the generation and expansion of knowledge, active participation in the academy and in the construction of an investigative culture focused on the development and adaptation of improved hydrocarbon recovery technologies, which allow to increase the reserves of the resource worldwide.

Vision
To be recognized as the leading research group in the analysis, development and technical and financial evaluation of enhanced EOR hydrocarbon recovery projects, with a physical plant of high-quality laboratories, supported by students and professionals trained in the evaluation, development, modeling and simulation of enhanced hydrocarbon recovery processes.
