The group aims to connect with national and international networks focused on influencing public policies and improving the quality of education through research and the collaborative construction of knowledge that addresses the complex social and human challenges of Latin America. Additionally, the group seeks to contribute to the consolidation of formal and non-formal educational processes, geared towards developing essential or key competencies (European Commission, 2004) within the context of the information society.
