Tuition Subsidies
To contribute to the research and technological development needs of the country, UIS may provide subsidies to students admitted to this program. These subsidies are reflected in the settlement value of the tuition fees, including registration, tuition, academic, and health fees, as indicated below:

Forgivable Credits
Forgivable Credits Forgivable credits are the financial assistance that the Universidad Industrial de Santander can provide, using its own resources, to professionals admitted to the UIS Research Master’s and Doctoral Programs, provided that these programs are subsidized.

By which the number of quotas and the amount assigned for forgivable credits for subsidized research master’s and doctoral programs and mixed research master’s programs that comply with the provisions of Article 182 of the Superior Council Agreement No. 075 of 2013 are fixed.

Interest
Beginning of the period during which those admitted may apply for forgivable credits or renewal of forgivable credits from the respective School Council.
Last day for those admitted requesting forgivable credits or renewal of forgivable credits from the respective School Council.
Deadline for the publication by the councils of the academic units responsible for postgraduate research of the results of the allocation of forgivable credits to students.
Deadline for academic-administrative units to submit documents related to the allocation of forgivable credits to enrolled research master’s and doctoral students to the Postgraduate Directorate.
Deadline for uploading students with forgivable credits to the platform.
