• To apply for a degree through the Secretariat of the Academic Council, registration must be completed using the Degree Application Module within the specified deadlines.

• It is important to note that the dates for Secretariat Degrees are not fixed in the Academic Calendar and are scheduled to take place between graduation ceremonies, depending on the volume of applications.

• It should be noted that, to finalize the registration process, the student must have the final grade for the Degree Project or its equivalent, according to their academic program, recorded in the Academic System. Furthermore, the student must maintain the status of an active student, in accordance with the Undergraduate Academic-Student Regulations and the General Postgraduate Regulations, as applicable.
