CEIAM leads initiatives to generate, develop and offer scientific and technological knowledge, through the interdisciplinary management of diverse sources of information. This, with the purpose of supporting the inclusion of the environment variable in the decisions made by the territorial entities of the State, the environmental authorities and the productive sectors within the framework of Sustainable Development, meeting the needs of both the community and the public and private institutions. The achievement of this objective is based on the ethical commitment, the work and academic capacity of its members and on the conceptual and logistical support provided by the University.
