The group of Differential Equations and Fuzzy Analysis (EDAD) covers the areas of Partial Differential Equations, Numerical Analysis, Fuzzy Analysis, Optimal Control Theory, and Function Spaces. It is composed of both professors and undergraduate and graduate students from the School of Mathematics.
Its main activities areregular publications of results in international indexed journals; participation in national and international academic events, and the direction of graduate work in Mathematics, Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Master’s Degree in Mathematics and Master’s Degree in Applied Mathematics. The group also leads the School’s outreach activities (Mathematical Olympiad, science weeks, northeastern math symposium, among others)
