Mauricio Osorio
He structured a microfinance model that serves mainly low-income populations located in rural areas, where there are great needs, with the objective of developing sources of income that allow these families to improve their quality of life. This model has been developed for 10 years, impacting more than 305 municipalities with more than 107,000 families served. Mauricio Osorio is a graduate of the Industrial Engineering program at UIS.

Javier Enrique Díaz
He is the creator and owner of “Bucaramanga Loft Hotel‘ (BLH), in which within the activities of social and corporate responsibility, he links employment to those who have special social status (victims, mothers, who are head of household, and displaced persons), an example of his commitment to social development in the region. Javier Enrique Díaz is a graduate of the Industrial Engineering program and the Master in Business Management-MBA.

Leiner Lache
He will obtain the position of Global Marketing Manager at Warm Water Species, Skretting, on January 1, 2021, located in Stavanger. Leiner studied Industrial Engineering at UIS and received a Master’s degree in innovation management and economics from the University of Strasbourg in France. He has worked in innovation and marketing in different companies and industries. Leiner started the SHV 2-2-2 program with an assignment at Makro in a leadership and innovation role, where he successfully introduced new services to improve the customer experience. He was also in charge of the innovation department at Makro Colombia.
Leiner’s current responsibilities will be handed over to colleagues in the central procurement team and ARC skretting. The momentum Leiner has provided to ongoing projects has been excellent.

Nerthink Mauricio Aguilar Hurtado
Governor of Santander 2020 – 2023. He is currently the president of the Superior Council of the Universidad Industrial de Santander. In the year. 2018 he served as Senator of the Republic of Colombia. Mauricio Aguilar is a graduate of the Senior Management Specialization program.
