About
SGDEA
The Electronic Document Management System (SGDEA) is an electronic information system based on administrative and technical archival aspects (principle of provenance, principle of original order, life cycle), legal (authenticity), and technological (electronic document manager, metadata, electronic indexes) oriented to the management of electronic records from their origin to their final destination in order to facilitate their use and conservation. The purpose of this system is to ensure the proper management and preservation of electronic documents and records at the Universidad Industrial de Santander.
