The Department of Surgery of the Universidad Industrial de Santander (UIS) aims to train the student as a fundamental achievement, acquiring knowledge that will allow him to consolidate competencies for the integral care of patients with pathologies whose therapeutic approach belongs mainly to the field of action of surgery. Interdisciplinarity between the units of the Department will allow you to have an overview of the entire medical action process, making it easier for you to take the most appropriate decisions in both emergency and elective situations.
